Factory shop hits the road – for new ‘express’ shopping

It's all change at the Crystal Martin site in Sutton-in-Ashfield, as its factory outlet, Label Traders, 'ups sticks' and moves premises from deep in the factory complex to a prime location on Kirkby Road.

The move, has prompted a new name for the popular factory shop, which has been in Sutton for over 20 years - ‘Label Traders Express’, which reflects the easy access and speedy purchasing layout now in place.

To celebrate the move, Label Traders is holding a celebration weekend, entitled its ‘Coming Out Party’, offering giveaways, slashed prices, and many free activities and entertainment for local children. 

Bosses have considered the move for some time, feeling that the higher profile location would encourage more passing trade and provide a more convenient shopping experience for customers.

“We’re delighted at the move”, said Managing Director, Graham Fogelman, “we hope that this more ‘in your face’ location will entice visitors in and introduce them to the best discount branded clothing prices around”.

The launch weekend takes place from 9am – 5pm on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd June, featuring extra discounts throughout the store, free gifts, face painting and bouncy castle and the Mansfield 103.2 roadshow broadcasting live on Saturday 2nd.
